The VeloursMania collection features one of the most sensual fabrics there is. She draws on velvet and jacquard chenille to create pieces that are both graphic and enveloping. Each item, whether a cushion, a pouf, a chair or a bench, plays on the contrast between the softness of the velvet and the Art Deco-inspired geometric patterns of the chenille. This combination of textures offers timeless elegance and enveloping comfort.
A marriage of noble materials
Klark cushion covers are made from heavy chenille jacquard (weight 978 g/m²) mixing viscose, cotton and polyester. Their labyrinthine pattern brings visual depth to a sofa or armchair, while the soft and dense feel of the fabric makes them very comfortable. They exist in several formats (40 × 40 cm and 40 × 60 cm) and are available in color combinations such as peach pink/caramel, ecru/golden mustard, midnight blue/olive green or white/natural, to match all interiors. The covers open with a zipper and must be filled with an interior cushion. Maintenance is easy: simply avoid machine washing, iron inside out and leave the cleaning to the dry cleaner.
The Leah pouf is a versatile piece: its round shape and soft seat make it an extra seat, a footrest or a small table. It combines a multiplex beech structure with high resilience foam (45 kg/m³) supplemented with Dacron fiber for lasting comfort. The jacquard chenille covering (viscose, cotton, polyester) is Oeko‑Tex and CertiPUR certified and resists 12,500 Martindale cycles, guaranteeing longevity. Its diameter is approximately 43 cm and its height is 45 cm. For maintenance, a simple dusting is enough.
Graphic seats with a strong character
Ysabeau chairs and benches reflect Madura’s expertise in textiles applied to furniture. Their design combines a black painted metal structure with a plain velvet seat and a back covered in a graphic chenille. The seat and back rest on a multiplex structure while the high resilience foam (35 kg/m³) and Dacron fiber (20%) guarantee balanced comfort. The coating is Oeko-Tex and CertiPUR certified and has an abrasion resistance of 100,000 Martindale cycles.
The chairs measure approximately 44cm in length, 51cm in depth and 79cm in height. The longer benches accommodate two people and add a graphic touch in front of a table or in an entryway. Their chromatic palette echoes the harmonies of the cushions: peach pink/caramel, ecru/golden mustard, midnight blue/olive green, white/natural and ivory/taupe. These seats are delivered assembled and do not require any installation, which simplifies their daily adoption.
