Why choose velvet cushions?

In interior decoration (as in clothing), velvet is a synonym for comfort and a cozy interior. Often associated with baroque or bourgeois, it can also be used to create real cocoons.

Whether ribbed, struck, hammered, flush or silk, velvet adapts perfectly well to cushions : in fact, what could be more comfortable than its sofa corner, and its cushions in which we enjoy settling?
