What accessories are essential to correctly install a linkage?

To properly install a linkage, you must provide several additional accessories. We recommend using clip rings or hooks to hang curtains, adjustable brackets to securely attach the rod to the wall and adjust it to the desired depth, rod connectors to join multiple segments together and decorative finials for a neat finish.

Are the ends and brackets compatible with all rods?

No, the tips and supports are not universal: they must correspond to the diameter and collection of your bar. For example, the cylindrical tips of the range Alma attach to the rods of the same name Ø1.9cm or Ø2.9cm ; they tighten with a single screw and are not suitable for other diameters. Likewise, the Alma “eyeglass” supports are only compatible with the Alma rods of 1.9cm or 2.9cm depending on the size chosen.

It is therefore important to check the diameter and shape of your bar before purchasing ends or supports and to favor elements from the same collection to guarantee compatibility.

What should I do if I have the wrong tip diameter or type?

If you made the wrong diameter or model, you can return the item and order another. Madura offers a free returns policy in France (excluding furniture): you have 14 days from receipt to return the product without justification. Simply declare the return via their portal and print the label; Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and complete.

Once the return has been registered, you will be refunded within 14 days and can order the appropriate size or model.
