A Madura franchisee for 10 years, Jeanne Mémin shares her journey and her vision of the network

Discovered In 2015, Jeanne Mémin took over the Madura store located in Nantes. A milestone in a journey already closely linked to the brand: her parents were themselves Madura franchisees in Lyon since the 1980s. Employed in their store for several years, Jeanne knows the brand from the inside, and chooses, when an opportunity presents itself, to become a franchisee in turn.

Ten years later, she looks back on her choice to do business with Madura, on the wealth of support from the network and on what the franchise allowed her to build.

A family and personal attachment to the brand

Before launching into the world of decoration, Jeanne first began her career in the temporary employment sector. But very quickly, she joined her parents' Madura store as an employee. There she discovers the behind the scenes of independent branded commerce, the richness of customer contact and the strength of a concept that inspires her.

“I always wanted to have my own business, and I completely bought into Madura’s values”, she explains.

A renovated store, a network still present

Located in the city center of Nantes, Jeanne recently undertook renovation work to adopt the brand new Madura store concept.

“This redevelopment has brought real life to the point of sale. The merchandising, the customer journey, the brand image: everything is perfectly aligned. »

The role of the network remains key in the development of its activity. “The franchisor is very present, particularly on commercial performance issues. This allows me to focus on running the store while benefiting from their experience. »
