For an ideal installation, we advise you to let your curtain rod exceed 15 to 20 cm on each side of your window. This will give more ease to the opening and let more light pass through your room when your curtains are open.

Need a smaller / larger rod?
If you need a smaller rod: select the rod of your choice and reduce its size by cutting it with a hacksaw or tube cutter.
If you need a larger rod: add several rods to your basket and add fittings to connect your rods. Note that two connected rods must have a support at the junction to prevent them from bending.
