The project in a few words

In the heart of the Marais, this duplex nestled in a former private mansion has been completely redesigned for high-end furnished rentals. Bright white, walnut woodwork and black steel create a contemporary decor, faithful to the spirit of the place. Madura supported the project on all textiles: custom-made curtains and blinds, bedspreads, cushions, bed linen and bath linen, chosen to combine aesthetics, comfort and resistance to intensive use.

The living rooms

The warmth of linen, the precision of tailor-made

In the living room filled with light, the large windows are covered with AUBIN linen curtains, made to measure with a Flemish pleat finish. Hanging from black rods, they emphasize the verticality of the openings and warm the room with their natural tones. In addition, custom-made roman blinds in MILOS sheer curtains – a specific product for the Madura Pro service, not in the catalogue – filter the light while preserving privacy, even in the open kitchen under the coffered ceiling. The LENIO, ORSSO beige and TOBIAS ivory cushions punctuate the sofa and the bench with a soft palette, in keeping with the walnut woodwork.

The rooms

Deep whites and soft materials

Each room has a harmony of whites and beiges, punctuated with a touch of color. The beds are dressed in LOU linen in white, completed with SATHEENE pillowcases, and warmed by DASHAN and ILARIO bedspreads, whose festoons highlight the natural tones of the rooms. The DALILA ivory cushions provide relief from their textured weave. A set designed to offer hotel comfort and perfect hold wash after wash — an essential criterion in short-term rentals.

A mineral parenthesis

Under the roof, the bathrooms cultivate a spa atmosphere: light stone, overhead light and retro faucets. NERYDA linen beige bath linen — matching towels, gloves and rugs — extends the natural palette of the apartment and brings the soft touch that marks the welcome of fine hotels.
