The project in a few words
A few streets from the Trocadéro, in a lane in the 16th arrondissement which opens onto the Eiffel Tower, this Parisian building has been completely redesigned into furnished apartments dedicated to short-term rentals. Walnut joinery, light stone and brass create a cozy decor, resolutely contemporary without denying anything of the address. Madura supported the project on all textiles: custom-made sheers and curtains, bedspreads, cushions, bed linen and bath linen, chosen to combine elegance, comfort and durability in the face of a sustained turnover rate.

Madura's professional service supported this project from taking measurements to installation, with the tailor-made sheers and curtains in all the apartments.

The living rooms
Filtered light, a tailor-made gesture
In the living rooms, large heights of heather beige NEAPOLI curtains cover the windows across their entire width. Made to measure and mounted on wave-folded rails, they filter the Parisian light without ever blocking the view, and let the eye drift towards the stone facades. Their golden mottled warms the walnut of the joinery and the natural fiber of the floors. On the sofas, the ivory TOBIAS cushion with a tone-on-tone chevron, the ivory LENIO cushion with a textured weave and the natural ARBORETA cushion with a foliage pattern make up a shades of off-white that lets the material speak, punctuated by the DALILA cushions in beige and olive green.

The rooms
The calm of sand tones
Each room is treated as a room in its own right. The AUBIN sand curtains, lined and mounted with wave pleats on a black rod, obscure without being heavy and guarantee a full night's sleep despite the city. On the beds, LOU linen in cotton white and SATHEENE percale, in both white and beige, provide a clean, hotel-inspired base. It is warmed by the ecru DASHAN bedspread, whose ocher blanket stitch highlights the cotton gauze drape, and by the natural ILARIO bedspread. A deliberately sober palette, designed to endure through the seasons and withstand frequent maintenance without going out of style.

The bathrooms
The comfort of a large hotel
Walnut, light stone, veined marble and whirlpool bathtubs: the bathrooms borrow their vocabulary from the hotel industry. The white and beige NERYDA bath linen responds to this aptly, its beige scallop drawing a discreet border on the white sponge. Towels, gloves, bath mats and bath towels are coordinated from one apartment to another, for a consistent welcome image and easy-to-manage restocking.
Each textile was chosen to combine aesthetics, comfort and durability, essential criteria in a place with high turnover such as short-term rental.
