The project in a few words

These old offices, completely redesigned as furnished tourist accommodation, seduce with their brightness and the refined quality of the renovation. Located on the ground floor, this apartment benefits from a rare island of greenery in the heart of Paris, which fully contributes to its soothing atmosphere. In collaboration with the architect, Madura helped to infuse style and comfort into each room, thanks to a tailor-made selection of textiles and accessories designed to combine aesthetics, durability and functionality.

The living room

Mineral textures and warm atmosphere

The living room space has been optimized with a custom-made bench seat and a cleverly integrated sofa bed, allowing a fluid transformation into a sleeping area. To guarantee the necessary concealment, Carlina roman blinds, in a blackout version, were installed. The cushion Vitorio, chosen for its mineral nuances, echoes the tones of the raw stone and fits harmoniously into the warm and textured atmosphere of the place.

The rooms

A duo of rooms in harmony

Symmetrical and particularly welcoming, the two bedrooms are separated from the living room by a glass roof, guaranteeing both transparency and privacy. To enhance visual comfort and ensure effective blackout, a sumptuous curtain Carlina lined blackout has been installed on rail, offering smooth and silent handling. The bed linen Elijah, selected for its subtle texture and its palette in harmony with the natural tones of the apartment, completes the soothing atmosphere of these sleeping spaces.
