The project in a few words

In the same building in the 16th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Trocadéro, this second apartment takes the spirit of the first phase further: a crossing top, a walnut bookcase running from one wall to the other, a terracotta bench and a kitchen opening onto a travertine bar. Also intended for short-term rental, it had to offer the comfort of a hotel address without having the coldness. Madura worked on all the textiles: custom-made blackout curtains, bedspreads, cushions and bed linen.

For this second apartment, Madura's professional service made custom CARLINA sand lined blackout curtains with a wave finish, a service reserved for professional customers.

The living rooms

Walnut, linen, and a single note of color

The living room opens onto the dining room and the kitchen, unified by a walnut bookcase which runs from one wall to the other. On the windows, the custom-made curtains soften the light without ever retaining it. On the linen sofa, the soft beige LEONARD cushion in terrycloth and the ivory LENIO cushions in moss stitch knitting play the relief card, in a range of creams and sands. The terracotta bench and pink peach DALILA cushions give the only note of color in the room.

Obscure without darkening

Each room receives blackout lined CARLINA sand curtains, made to measure and mounted with wave pleats. This finish, reserved for professional customers and absent from the classic catalog, gives a regular undulation and perfect hold while guaranteeing complete darkness, essential for short-term rentals. On the beds, simply white SATHEENE percale and natural striped LELIO linen alternate from one room to another, warmed by the white clay AURALIE quilted bedspread and by the natural beige DASHAN and natural ILARIO bedspreads in cotton gauze. The ecru and mustard TROPI cushion, whose embroidered leaf matches the sage green headboards, adds a graphic touch.

The bathrooms

Wood, stone and rituals

Showers dressed in herringbone sandstone, green-veined marble, spa baths and hammam: the bathrooms extend the hotel vocabulary of the building and close the journey with a spa note. Madura Pro supports these projects batch by batch, from taking measurements to installation, with the same requirement of consistency from one apartment to another.
